AI / ML Engineer

Position: AI / ML Engineer

Experience Required: 1-2 years

The ideal candidate will lead the user activation role in the company where he / she will have to

contact leads, help them understand benefits of the app, convert free users to paid users and

take product feedback from them. Building relations with users will be of prime focus. This

candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think

critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

 Design and implement machine learning models and data pipelines.

 Build and deploy ML models into production using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.

 Build and deploy AI Agents using tools as well as code.

 Work with NLP, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection techniques.

 Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

 Collaborate with backend developers to integrate ML services into APIs.

 Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.

 Use tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for model development.

Requirements

 Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.

 Experience with NLP, classification, and regression models.

 Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.

 Experience deploying ML models via FastAPI, Flask, or AWS Lambda.

 Familiarity with data visualization and EDA tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).

 Understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Math, or related field.

 Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.

 Strong foundation in mathematics: statistics, linear algebra, probability.

 Experience (1–2 years) working on real-world ML projects — data preprocessing,

building models, tuning.

 Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to deploy or productionize ML

models.

Salary range – Upto Rs 50k per month.
