Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Design and implement growth strategies focused on topic and category expansion to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow the business, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and audience engagement.
  • Create strategies for social media engagement, content syndication, and email marketing to expand reach and visibility.
  • Coordinate with the tech team to implement SEO recommendations, manage website development, and ensure timely execution of technical tasks.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders (partners) through strategic planning and brainstorming sessions to align on business goals and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Knowledge of using WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.
