Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Varanasi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for advising prospective students on course selection, managing the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting interviews, providing information about the programs and the institution, and following up with potential students to support enrolment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Background in Education or related field is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
