About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Media Consultant to join our Client Success Team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong media agency experience, a passion for integrated media planning, and an ability to derive actionable insights from data. You'll lead a team of skilled analysts and work closely with both clients and agencies to ensure a holistic evaluation of data-driven media strategies across multiple platforms.

• Lead and mentor a team of media analysts to extract, interpret, and present actionable insights
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communication and managing expectations
• Collaborate with media agencies and client stakeholders to deliver Ebiquity solutions across digital and traditional channels
• Work hands-on with platforms such as DV360, Meta (Facebook), Amazon, and others for campaign analysis
• Utilise BARC data for effective TV performance evaluation
• Strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes across digital and offline media touchpoints
• Support APAC-wide initiatives by providing strategic input and executional support on select cross-regional projects
• Regularly provide high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders

• 6-8 years of experience in a media planning and/or media consulting role, preferably from a leading media agency
• Proven experience of leading teams and managing client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms including DV360, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon
• Familiarity with TV measurement tools and metrics, especially BARC
• Strong experience in integrated media planning (TV + Digital) – this is a major plus
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment, with a preference for candidates based in the Delhi NCR region
