Description:

We're seeking a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist who blends strong technical skills with a digital marketer's mindset. You will own the development and optimization of our WordPress-based web properties, while also managing and enhancing our paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google. This role goes beyond managing WordPress sites and paid digital campaigns. You'll be hands-on in building, structuring, and optimizing knowledge bases for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations that power smarter, AI-driven marketing and customer experiences.   • Web Development: Build, update, and optimize WordPress pages, templates, and functionality to ensure site performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Paid Digital: Manage, track, and optimize paid search and social campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics for web and paid campaigns, delivering actionable insights for optimization.
  • GenAI & RAG Implementation:
  • Design and structure knowledge bases that enable RAG-powered applications for marketing automation, personalization, and content generation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to curate, clean, and structure data for optimal retrieval performance.
  • Test and refine RAG pipelines for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, content creators, and campaign managers to launch and update landing pages, microsites, and promotional assets.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in web development, digital marketing, or a similar hybrid role
  • Strong WordPress development skills (themes, plugins, custom coding)
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web optimization techniques
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Curiosity and comfort using Generative AI tools to improve workflow and creative output
  • Strong attention to detail, with a balance of technical precision and creative problem-solving

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office three days weekly.
