We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Leela, with 0-4 years of experience. As a fresher or experienced professional in the hospitality industry, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of quality.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
