I. Sales and Business Strategy

  • Target Achievement:
    Directly responsible for formulating and achieving sales/revenue targets for PEB and Solar MMS verticals, working closely with the Sales Executive team.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
    Oversee the entire B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification (RFPs, tenders) to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Techno-Commercial Proposals:
    Guide the creation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company profitability goals.
  • Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, including EPC companies, solar developers, industrial clients, consultants, and architects.

II. Market Intelligence and Planning

  • Market Research:
    Conduct in-depth market analysis on the PEB and Solar MMS sectors, including competitor mapping, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends (e.g., new fabrication techniques, regulatory changes).
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget focused on maximizing market penetration and brand awareness in the target industrial and renewable energy sectors.
  • Product Positioning:
    Define and articulate the unique value proposition of SHIVAM's structures to differentiate the company from competitors.

III. Branding and Content

  • Digital and Content Marketing:
    Lead the development of high-quality, technical B2B content (case studies, white papers, technical presentations, website content) that demonstrates expertise in PEB and MMS.
  • Promotional Activities:
    Plan and manage the company's participation in relevant industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and B2B meetings (e.g., solar forums, construction expos).
  • Collateral Development:
    Oversee the design and production of all marketing and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.

IV. Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Sales Executive team to ensure high performance and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance data (ROI, lead quality, conversion rates) and provide regular, actionable reports to senior management.
