We are looking for a Shopify Assistant to manage and optimize our client's Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Shopify stores, preferably in a dropshipping setup. You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day eCommerce activities, ensuring smooth store performance, and supporting overall business growth.

This is a full-time remote position, perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update products on Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, and images).
  • Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with dropshipping suppliers — add and sync new products, update inventory, and manage fulfillment.
  • Optimize product listings for better SEO, visibility, and conversions.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Manage Shopify apps, plug-ins, and store integrations.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports and assist with marketing activities.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat or email.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Shopify stores.
  • Hands-on experience with dropshipping platforms (AliExpress, DSers, Spocket, Oberlo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Shopify dashboard, apps, and customization.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and product research.
  • Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver on deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Female candidates with experience in international Shopify stores.
  • Familiarity with email marketing or social media management tools is a plus.

Work Details:

  • Type: Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)
  • Work Hours: As per client's time zone
  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Joining: Candidates who can join within 2 days will be given preference.
