**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for **four businesses**, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized and recorded in **QuickBooks Online (QBO)**.
- Process **Amazon FBA data**, ensuring accurate and timely entries for bookkeeping and reporting.
- Prepare and manage **journal entries** for revenue, expenses, payroll, and inventory transactions.
- Reconcile **bank accounts, credit cards**, and **Amazon accounts** monthly.
- Generate regular **financial reports** (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) and assist in monthly reviews.
- Work with the **Finance Manager** to support **budgeting, forecasting**, and financial analysis.
- Assist with **accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)**, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Help maintain **inventory cost tracking** for e-commerce businesses using Amazon FBA.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance**, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience in e-commerce bookkeeping**; **this is a non-negotiable requirement**.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online** and familiarity with **Amazon FBA bookkeeping**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with **Cin7** or other inventory management systems is preferred.
