We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for accounting transactions on the tally
- Knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Knowledge of Tally and all types of entries cash, E-waybills, Sale Invoices, Purchase Bills, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliation, bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Billing, how to prepare, record, and adjust the bills.
- Knowledge of credit notes & Debit Notes, and Voucher Entry.
- Knowledge of GST Return, TDS, and PF-ESI and their Return.
- Manage all accounting transactions and experience with general ledger functions.
- Experience with MS Excel.
- Prepare ledger reports of customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring that reconciliations with all the clients are periodically carried out.
- Collections are monitored and follow-up for outstanding dues are adequately done.
- Assist in internal auditing.

SKILLSET:

- Any Bachelor’s degreeor a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 months of experience of Tally.
- Understanding of GST, tax management principles, bookkeeping practices, and bill generation processes.

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Pay: ₹4,450.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
