About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer with hands-on Copado experience
to join our dynamic delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while leveraging
Copado DevOps tools
for release automation, version control, and CI/CD management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Manage deployment pipelines, version control, and automated releases using
    Copado
    .
  • Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment conflicts and metadata issues in Salesforce environments.
  • Implement best practices for code versioning, branching, merging, and continuous integration using Copado.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
  • Ensure Salesforce deployments are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and deployment.

Hands-on experience with
Copado
(mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL.

Experience with Salesforce release management, metadata migration, and sandbox refresh processes.

Proficiency in Git-based version control systems.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
  • Copado Certified DevOps Professional.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
