JD - Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with core insurance platforms, third-party systems, and APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Work with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud modules.
  • Customize and optimize data models, security settings, and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and testers to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Support Salesforce release management, deployments, and version control.
  • Adhere to RSAs security and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Document system designs, configuration, and technical specifications.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and SOQL.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Governor Limits.
  • Familiarity with insurance business processes (policy, claims, underwriting, customer service) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins) and version control (Git).Role & responsibilities
