Duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and business-driven Business Lead – Analytics & Data

Insights to spearhead our analytics function and drive data-led decision-making across our

client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Analytics Sales,

Business Insights, and Data-Driven Strategy, with proven expertise in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead business development and client engagement for Analytics & Data Insights projects.


• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into

analytical frameworks and actionable insights.


• Drive analytics-led sales growth, ensuring alignment between business strategy,

forecasting, and market trends.


• Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized analytical solutions and

dashboards.


• Develop data-driven presentations and business cases to support strategic decisions.


• Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.


• Maintain adherence to data privacy and governance standards across all analytics

projects.


• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting, forecasting, and data

visualization processes.


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, analytical tools, and technologies relevant to

FMCG analytics.

Desired Skills & Competencies


• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in Analytics Sales, Forecasting, and

Business Insights.


• Deep understanding of FMCG sales processes, data structures, and market dynamics.


• Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel,

etc.).


• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data

into clear business stories.


• Excellent stakeholder management and account-handling capabilities.


• Sound understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.


• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a

related field.


• Experience in handling large data sets and developing client-facing insights reports.
