About the Opportunity

We are building a strong and scalable Forex business across North India and are looking to onboard a Regional Business Development Sales Head to lead this expansion.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Forex professional with deep industry connections, strong leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliate partnerships.

You will play a critical role in shaping the regional sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering consistent business growth aligned with company targets.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership and revenue ownership role with direct visibility and collaboration with the CEO.

You will be responsible for hiring and managing experienced Forex sales professionals, expanding the IB and affiliate network, increasing deposit volumes, and ensuring disciplined performance tracking across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Building & Leadership

  • Identify, headhunt, and recruit experienced Forex Sales Managers with existing client portfolios
  • Build, train, and scale a high-performance regional sales team
  • Ensure teams follow defined retention strategies and the Deposit-to-Salary performance structure
  • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and target achievement

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive deposit volumes through retail traders, Master IBs, and affiliates
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships within the Forex and trading ecosystem
  • Expand the regional business network to generate consistent, high-quality leads
  • Identify new growth opportunities and execute region-specific sales strategies

IB & Affiliate Network Expansion

  • Onboard and manage Master IBs and affiliate partners
  • Develop strong partnerships that support sustained revenue growth
  • Monitor partner performance and optimise lead quality and conversions

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track individual and team performance against assigned targets
  • Prepare and share weekly pipeline and performance reports with the CEO
  • Analyse data to identify gaps, trends, and optimisation opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in the
    Forex industry

- Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or IB management
- Strong track record of team building and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Established professional network within Forex, trading, or brokerage firms
