To support our growth, we're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Closer to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Closer, you will work on qualified leads generated through our ad campaigns and also reach out to potential prospects through cold calling when required. Your role will be to engage with potential clients over calls or video meetings, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right service package. You will track and manage all lead activity using our CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Close deals from qualified inbound leads via Zoom or phone
  • Present, pitch, and sell our SaaS and web development service packages
  • Maintain communication and follow-ups through CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to activate commission bonuses
  • Report regularly on sales activity and client feedback
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or closing experience, ideally in web development, digital marketing, or SaaS
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confident in handling video calls and closing over the phone
  • Familiarity with CRMs (is a plus)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
  • Basic knowledge of web development terms and services
