The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing B2B and B2C leads through calls, promoting our range of lithium-ion batteries and related energy products, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

The role requires a proactive communicator who understands industrial and retail battery applications such as E-bikes, Solar Systems, Energy Storage, and Robotics and can convert inquiries into successful orders.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers (dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users).
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to lithium battery packs, specifications, and quotations.
  • Understand customer requirements (capacity, voltage, application) and suggest suitable products.
  • Share product details, quotations, and follow up for order closures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and leads in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams for pricing and delivery updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to management.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and new launches.
  • Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (Science, Engineering, or Commerce preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (preferably in battery, solar, or electronics industry).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language advantage).
  • Good understanding of battery types, voltage, Ah ratings, and applications (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
