Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Sales Manager, located in Jaipur with some work-from-home possibilities. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies within their zone, leading and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned zone to meet with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in sales management and team leadership
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent relationship management skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Experience in the honey industry or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned zone
