Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and client engagement across US Healthcare markets, serving as a trusted advisor and driving growth through new and existing relationships.
  • Own end-to-end solution development including structuring, pricing, proposals, and transformation-led digital-first strategies that deliver measurable value.
  • Manage sales pursuits (RFPs), negotiations, and contracting in collaboration with internal stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery assurance by reviewing solutions, commercials, and operational readiness for seamless execution.
  • Drive practice strategy and thought leadership by tracking industry trends, authoring white papers, and representing the organization in forums and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain knowledge repositories, reusable solution assets, and transformation accelerators to strengthen go-to-market capabilities.
  • Provide strategic leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, and expand client portfolios through account farming, cross-service selling, and market expansion.

Must have skill set -

  • 15+ years of overall experience in global, fast paced, healthcare domain.
  • Proven track record of client management, case studies with target growth and ability to resolve issues. Experience in solutioning and leading complex deals with transformation and building a savings profile.
  • Able to have the ability to farm small to large customer engagements and help grow the accounts across US Healthcare Markets with expanding current services or new offerings.
  • Industry knowledge: Subject Matter Expert of US Healthcare industry.
