Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Pune. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining office directories, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
