Job Title: Receptionist – Construction / Contracting Firm

Location: Pune Station

Job Description:

We are hiring a Receptionist / Front Office Executive for our construction contracting firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing calls, coordinating with visitors, and supporting day-to-day office administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle EPABX system / incoming calls and maintain call logs.
  • Manage courier, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure reception area is well-organized.
  • Provide administrative support to HR / Admin team.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Front Office Management
  • Reception & Tele-calling
  • Administrative Support
  • Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / 12th Pass with minimum 1–3 years of experience in Receptionist / Front Office role.
  • Experience in construction / real estate / contracting industry preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
