Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the overall recruitment strategy across levels. The focus of this role is end-to-end recruitment—from manpower planning to onboarding—ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding).
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational growth and workforce requirements.
Collaborate with senior management to forecast hiring needs across departments.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality of hires.
Implement best recruitment practices, tools, and technologies (ATS, HRMS integration, etc.).
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure timely closures of open positions with minimal cost per hire.
Conduct data-driven recruitment analytics to assess hiring effectiveness and process efficiency.
Build partnerships with placement agencies, job portals, and institutes for talent sourcing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during recruitment.

Proven experience in mass, niche, and leadership hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and HRMS/ATS platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
Team leadership and people management experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
MBA IN HR preferred.
