Role Objective


• The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business by acquiring fleet investors, channel partners, and financial stakeholders.


• The role focuses on investor acquisition, EV fleet business deployment, and regional revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and acquire HNIs, NBFCs, leasing companies, wealth advisors, and institutional investors.


• Pitch EV Fleet Investment models including ROI metrics, payback period and financial viability.


• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, proposal discussions and financial due diligence.


• Support deployment of investor-funded EV fleets with logistics & enterprise clients.


• Work with internal finance & legal teams for investment structuring and agreements.


• Maintain investor relationships, performance reporting, and drive repeat investments.


• Prepare sales funnel, MIS reports and business dashboards.

Candidate Profile


• MBA in Finance is mandatory.


• 36 years of experience in NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Digital Lending or Credit Card Sales.


• Experience in HNI or corporate investor handling is preferred.


• Strong financial understanding (ROI, IRR, NPV, portfolio modelling).


• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
