Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor will assist in supervising and monitoring the production activities in the Open-End (OE) Spinning department. The role involves ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and ensuring safety and discipline among the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage shift operations in the OE spinning section.
  • Ensure all machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
  • Assist in planning and achieving daily production and quality targets.
  • Maintain records of production, waste, and machine performance.
  • Supervise operators, doffers, and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify and report any mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance.
  • Ensure proper material feeding (sliver) and monitor yarn quality continuously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department.
  • Conduct shift handovers and communicate key points to the next supervisor.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
