**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding**: Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, according to specifications and blueprints.
- **Fabrication**: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements and specifications for construction equipment components.
- **Inspection**: Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects. Perform necessary grinding, sanding, or polishing to achieve a smooth finish.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and engineers to complete projects on time and to specification. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and any issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest welding techniques and technologies. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
