Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role for our EdTech wing - Numerique Academy . The job responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to students/professionals to promote and sell online courses.
  • Understanding student needs, explaining course benefits, and guiding them toward enrollment.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Maintaining lead records and follow-up status.
  • Handling queries and provide accurate information professionally.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team for better lead conversions

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English/Hindi is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle outbound and follow-up calls professionally
  • Freshers/0-1 year experience
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS-Office
  • Experience in roles involving outbound target-based calls is a plus
