Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from brainstorming to execution, bringing a unique creative perspective and ensuring that they meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and account managers to deliver an outstanding project outcome.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that incorporate innovation and experimentation, and track progress against established project goals.
  • Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date, reflects the vibrancy and liveliness of the project, and includes project briefs, status reports, meeting minutes, and client feedback.
  • Communicate project status and risks with internal and external stakeholders regularly, with a dash of creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, including scope creep, schedule delays, and budget overruns, while also identifying unique solutions and opportunities to inject creativity.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates and reporting on project progress with a creative and engaging twist.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks with a creative eye, ensuring the final product exceeds the client's requirements and the agency's standards.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them unleash their creativity and improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or related field, with a proven track record of unleashing creativity in project management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with an added touch of creativity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while also infusing your own unique style.
  • Experience managing creative projects, including design, development, and content creation, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, while also exploring new and creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, and a passion for exploring new and creative project management tools.
  • Knowledge of design and development processes and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision, with a passion for exploring new and innovative tools.
