Website Developer (React JS) – 6-Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer with strong proficiency in React JS to join our team. As a core member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website and its components using ReactJS at its core.

Responsibilities:

● Participate in the full website development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

● Contribute to improving the website's SEO and accessibility.

● Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS (mandatory).

● Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs and concepts into functional websites.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

● Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

● Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.

● Stay up-to-date with the React ecosystem and modern web development trends.

Qualifications:

● B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, BCA, MCA or equivalent.

● Proven experience as a Website Developer or Front-end engineer.

● Mandatory: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with React JS.

● Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

● Experience with other frontend frameworks, web design principles, and accessibility standards.

● Knowledge of SEO best practices.

● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and critical thinking skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have Skills:

● Personal projects, open-source contributions, or hackathon participation.

● Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus.

● Knowledge of the FinTech domain.

Contract Details:

● Duration: 6 months

Post 6 months, You would be hired as permanent employee based on the performance.
