Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Management (WordPress + Coding)

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor, WPBakery, Houzez, theme customization, plugin integration).
  • Build responsive landing pages, forms, and custom sections using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Manage website hosting, cPanel, domain settings, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL certificates.
  • Debug website issues, fix errors, troubleshoot compatibility problems.
  • Maintain regular backups and ensure website security.
  • Integrate CRM, analytics, marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Tag Manager).


2. IT Administration & Technical Support

  • Manage office IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, network devices, routers, CCTV, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software for employees.
  • Manage Google Workspace / Email accounts (setup, aliases, device login issues).
  • Handle user access, password resets, network access, VPN, and security protocols.
  • Ensure data backup policies and IT asset management.
  • Troubleshoot server/hosting issues, email deliverability, DNS propagation.
  • Maintain IT inventory: laptops, systems, cables, routers, accessories.


3. Digital Operations & Support

  • Assist teams with CRM setup, API integration, and automation tools.
  • Support social media + marketing teams with website updates and creatives upload.
  • Implement best practices for data security, system performance, and uptime.
  • Collaborate with management for new tech requirements and system improvements.


Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong WordPress development experience (themes, plugins, security, bugs).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Elementor or other page builders.
  • Experience with hosting platforms (Hostinger, GoDaddy, BigRock, Cloudflare).
  • Google Workspace / Email configuration.
  • Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN, IP setup, routers).
  • Understanding of IT security, backups, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (preferred).

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Web Development & IT Admin.
