You’ll design across our eCommerce website, social platforms, emails, blogs, and more, making our brand look sharp everywhere.If you live on Canva, follow design trends religiously, and enjoy building visual experiences that convert clicks into customers, this role is made for you.What You’ll DoDesign website snippets, banners, product visuals, and layouts specifically for our eCommerce store, ensuring aesthetic appeal + conversion-focused design.Create high-quality visual content for social media, blogs, emailers, ads, presentations, and other digital channels.Maintain and evolve eArbor’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.Work with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure your visuals integrate seamlessly into the website and campaigns.Build reusable Canva templates that help us speed up content creation across the brand.Optimize all designs for mobile-first consumption, multiple screen sizes, and fast-loading performance.Keep up with design trends, eCommerce best practices, and internet culture to bring fresh creative energy to every project.What You BringMastery of Canva (non-negotiable) + working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a big plus.A strong portfolio with website banners, social media creatives, and eCommerce visuals.Understanding of eCommerce UI basics (website hierarchy, product display, call-to-action placement, etc.).Good grasp of design fundamentals — typography, spacing, color theory, and composition.Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with content writers and developers.Strong time management: handling multiple deadlines doesn’t scare you.A creative, adaptive mindset and willingness to iterate based on feedback.Education & ExperienceDegree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication Design, or related fields preferred.2+ years of experience in graphic/web design, preferably with eCommerce exposure.Exceptional portfolios are valued more than formal degrees.Why You’ll Love Working With UsFull creative ownership over a growing eCommerce brand’s visual identityA young, energetic team that actually enjoys design and experimentationReal impact — your visuals directly influence product discovery and salesFlexibility, autonomy, and a tech-forward cultureA place where creativity isn’t just encouraged — it’s expected
