Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Database Administrator. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing company and client databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and efficient access, providing reliable data support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management and Maintenance

Install, configure, and upgrade database systems (such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Monitor database performance and perform tuning to improve responsiveness and processing efficiency.

Regularly back up and restore databases to ensure data security and business continuity.

Security and Permission Management

Manage database user permissions to ensure data access security.

Implement data encryption, logging, and security policies to prevent data leakage or corruption.

Troubleshooting and Support

Analyze and troubleshoot database anomalies and system errors.

Support the development team with SQL query optimization, data migration, and system integration.

Data Maintenance and Optimization

Regularly clean and archive historical data to maintain a clear database structure.

Perform partitioning, index optimization, and performance tuning for large data volumes.

Documentation and Process Management

Write database operation manuals and maintenance documentation.

Establish and optimize database management processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Familiarity with at least one database system (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL, with experience in complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and index optimization.

Familiarity with database backup, recovery, and security strategies.

Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and a strong team player.
