You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while collaborating with multiple teams to drive database efficiency and integrity. This role is ideal for a MongoDB expert with a proven track record in performance optimization, database administration, and cross-team collaboration.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the SME for MongoDB administration and database best practices.- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems.- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.- Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.- Ensure security protocols, data protection, and compliance measures are in place.- Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.- Assist in the development of database policies and procedures.- Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational initiatives.Must-Have Qualifications :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on MongoDB administration experience.- Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.- Expertise in backup, recovery, and replication strategies.- Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.- Knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.- Educational qualification : 15 years full-time education.Nice-to-Have Skills :- Broader exposure to NoSQL and relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra).- Experience with cloud-based database deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Knowledge of DevOps automation for database administration.
