Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle collection activities for Home Loan (HL) & Overdraft (OD) customer portfolios.
  • Regular follow-up with delinquent customers to ensure timely payment and reduction in overdue cases.
  • Visit customers for field collection, negotiation, and settlement of overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with the branch and regional collection teams to achieve monthly recovery targets.
  • Update daily collection reports and maintain accurate documentation in system records.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines while handling customer interactions.
  • Support in legal actions / repossession processes, wherever necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to improve repayment discipline and portfolio quality.
