Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding dues from customers across assigned areas.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of loans and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce write-offs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and optimize processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in debt collection or related field (preferably in banking).
  • Strong understanding of Collection Management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets through effective team handling and strategy implementation.
