Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Working days: 6 days (Wednesday to Monday)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Campaign Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns specifically for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and supporting the marketing team in driving ROI-focused digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Develop targeted audience segments based on buyer personas and property requirements.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to improve lead quality, reduce CPL, and maximize conversions.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and share detailed performance reports with insights.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to analyze lead quality and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with the content and design team for creative development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in running Meta Ads, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels for real estate buyers/renters/investors.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Pixel, Custom Audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaigns using Meta Analytics and third-party tools.
  • Good communication skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with real estate companies, builders, or property consultancies.
  • Understanding of property buyer behavior and real estate marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar.
