About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads for EdTech businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving student leads, enrollments, and revenue through performance-driven Meta campaigns.

This role demands deep platform knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end
  • Drive high-quality leads and enrollments for EdTech products and courses
  • Own funnel strategy across awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and conversions
  • Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
  • Create and test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and formats at scale
  • Manage and scale large ad budgets with consistent ROI
  • Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports
  • Work closely with creative, content, and growth teams to align messaging
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Mandatory EdTech experience (student acquisition, lead generation, enrollments)
  • Proven track record of scaling Facebook Ads with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution
  • Expertise in audience targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and A/B testing
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience integrating ads with CRM and lead management systems
  • Ability to join immediately and work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Experience working with high-growth EdTech startups
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid acquisition channels
  • Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
  • Team handling or mentoring experience
