Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all major social media platforms and expertise in developing engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, and audio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and content storytelling to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Social Media Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms).
• Develop platform-specific strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
2) Content Creation & Management
• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging content in image, video, and audio formats tailored for each platform.
• Oversee creative production—storyboarding, scripting, recording, editing, and final publishing.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience preferences.
3) Campaign Optimization & Analytics
• Monitor, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights.
• Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and digital presence.
4) Collaboration
• Work closely with design, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure integrated digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and content creators when required.
5) Innovation & Trends
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
• Experiment with new formats like podcasts, reels, shorts, AR/VR content, and interactive media.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content management.
• Strong expertise in managing all major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with image, video, and audio content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audacity, etc.).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
