Role 1: Assistant Manager – Digital Content Management (AEM)

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years in CMS/Digital Content Production (AEM).

Salary Range:
Up to ₹13 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, upload, and maintain editorial, product, and marketing content using
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    .
  • Execute content changes ranging from small updates to large-scale site migrations.
  • Ensure all customer journeys align with content strategy and user experience principles.
  • Apply brand guidelines, templates, and design frameworks consistently.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to deliver timely content updates.
  • Support governance practices including semantic content reuse strategies.
  • Work with KPIs and digital metrics to ensure quality content delivery.

Role 2: Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Digital Content Management (AEM)

Experience Required:
8–13 years in CMS/Digital Content Management with proven leadership.

Salary Range:
Up to ₹27 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Content Executives/junior team members, providing coaching and setting measurable goals.
  • Manage
    large-scale content projects
    , including site migrations and complex platform integrations.
  • Champion best practices in
    CMS governance
    and drive production transformation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for
    AEM content operations
    , including integrations with other platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and customer experience goals.
  • Innovate and optimise content production processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of high-impact projects while influencing senior leadership.

Common Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    .
  • Experience with
    Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, JIRA, and Confluence
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and a
    customer-first mindset
    .
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-skilled teams.
  • Desirable: Basic understanding of
    HTML and CSS
    .
