Role Description

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager
(Full-time, On-site – Noida) to
lead our social media strategy
and
drive audience engagement across platforms
.

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Meta, YouTube, Twitter, and more)
  • Develop and implement
    creative content strategies
    aligned with brand objectives
  • Produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze
    social media performance metrics
    to improve reach and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the
    communications and editorial teams
    to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in
    digital media, social platforms, and news consumption

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in
    social media management
    , preferably in
    television news or digital media
  • Strong
    social media marketing (SMM)
    and
    optimization (SMO)
    skills
  • Exceptional
    writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
  • Proven experience in
    content strategy and audience engagement
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in
    social media analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, high-impact environment
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
