Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at our Noida location. The Counselor will be responsible for providing psychological support and counseling services to patients. Daily tasks involve conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and offering guidance and support to patients and their families. The role requires working closely with medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.

Qualifications - Graduate from any stream
Skills required -

  • Skills in conducting assessments, therapy planning, and providing psychological support
  • Experience in offering guidance and support to patients and their families
  • Ability to work closely with medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Crisis intervention and management skills
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in counseling, psychology, or related fields
  • Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients
