Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced EdTech Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses, drive sales, and build long-term relationships with learners. As an Associate, you'll:

  • Counsel students and parents to recommend suitable courses based on career goals

  • Convert inbound/outbound leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets

  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with learners

  • Handle queries related to programs, fees, and learning outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular feedback to improve sales pitch and learner experience

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Counselor/BD Executive/Academic Advisor in EdTech

  • Strong track record of achieving/enhancing sales and conversion rates

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs

  • Comfortable with sales targets and fast-paced EdTech environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and EdTech sales processes
