Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academy Counselor, based in Noida. The Academy Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assessing their needs, and developing personalized learning plans. The Counselor will also conduct one-on-one sessions for guidance, facilitate group workshops, and assist in resolving any academic or personal challenges faced by the students. Additionally, the Counselor will be involved in coordinating with mentors and instructors to ensure a seamless educational experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and facilitating student workshops.
  • Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored support.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
