Job Position: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and existing inquiries
  • Follow up with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Counsel and guide prospective students/customers towards suitable products/services
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely enrollment closures
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support accordingly
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
