We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to provide guidance and training on cleaning techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including inventories and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and sanitized regularly.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel cleanliness or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and software, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
