At Deon Energy, we're building the future with solar, and we're looking for someone who can manage the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects with precision, ownership, and on-ground leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

Oversee end-to-end execution of solar PV projects (Ground-Mounted).

Conduct site surveys, load analysis, shadow studies, and feasibility checks.

Prepare and interpret BOQs, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layouts.

On-Site Supervision

Supervise installation teams to ensure timely & quality execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design teams.

Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance protocols are strictly followed.

Project Documentation

Maintain site execution reports, daily progress updates, and handover docs.

Assist in commissioning and testing of solar systems.

Liaise with DISCOMs and other authorities for approvals and inspections.
