Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Project Executive. The Project Executive will manage project planning and execution, oversee resource allocation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with project timelines, and monitor progress. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, preparing relevant documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills such as planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects
  • Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy infrastructure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with teams
  • Organizational and documentation skills for project reporting, resource tracking, and compliance
  • Proficiency in relevant software for project management and technical design
  • Ability to work on-site and manage field teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
  • Experience in solar EPC projects is a strong advantage
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing project challenges
