Job Title: Business Development Executive– EdTech
Pay: ₹30,000-₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our EdTech team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate learning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Pitch and present EdTech products/solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (experience in EdTech or education sector is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable.
