'the morning voice' group of newspapers is an emerging multi-language news platform set to launch in July 2025. Starting with the Telugu edition, 'tholi paluku', and the English edition, 'the morning voice', the platform plans on adding Hindi and Urdu versions under the name 'pehli awaaz' by the end of the year. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Layout Designer located in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The Layout Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining layout designs for our print and digital publications. Daily tasks include designing page layouts and Image editing. The role demands close collaboration with the editorial team to ensure the layouts align with the publication's editorial standards and aesthetic vision.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Layout Design and Page Layout
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Skillful use of Cadence for design tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is advantageous
  • Experience in the journalism or media industry is a plus
