About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in customer onboarding within the wealth management space. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in wealth systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering customer onboarding solutions using Avaloq. Exposure to Appway, digital transformation initiatives, and familiarity with HSBC's operating models will be a significant advantage.
This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, enhancing customer experience and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for high-net-worth clients while aligning with global compliance and business standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer onboarding in wealth management.
- Support end-to-end customer onboarding processes using Avaloq, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement solutions that enhance onboarding experience and servicing workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-production phases.
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk frameworks, aligned with HSBC's policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- Mandatory: Experience in customer onboarding and servicing within the wealth management domain.
- Hands-on experience with Avaloq implementation or support projects.
- Proven track record in working with wealth systems or banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in wealth onboarding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in an EU aligned shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
