Roles and Responsibilities

The Candidates Should have working knowledge of Logistics, Accounting & commercial norms and good knowledge of computers(Knowledge of SAP will be preferred). The responsibilities includes preparation of Accounting documents such as Invoices, billing, logistics operations, Purchase orders, MIS, Maintenance of commercial records in SAP FICO and other works, etc..

Candidate should have strong knowledge of on Commercial & Accounting aspects and independently looking after the logistics and commercial activities of Plant/warehouse. The person will be responsible for the following :

The major responsibilities includes :

1.Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation.

2. Supervision of Plant/Warehouse operations.

  1. Keeping track of loading of the material. Coordination with product movement department.

  2. Monitoring of transit damage.

  3. Proper MIS for night operations as and where applicable.

  4. Photographs for Plant loading and unloading of vehicles.

  5. Monitoring Crate return and all acknowledgement copies will be uploaded in SAP for proper retrieval at a later date

  6. Other work as given by reporting officers

9.Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle with the branch team

10.Involvement in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the stocks

11. Ensuring proper functional VTS and temperature sensor in all vehicles

  1. Maintenance of Stocks in the Plant

  2. Warehouse and logistics management.

  3. Ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to dispatch of stocks, etc.

  4. Any other Accounting related works

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be first class commerce graduate with full time graduation in management or first class Post graduation in commerce. The graduation should be a regular and full time. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language Tamil need only apply.

The candidates with good academic record and job experience will be preferred. The candidate having knowledge of SAP FICO and Logistics & Warehouse management will be preferred.
