A Public Relations Officer (PRO) in a healthcare setting is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals. They serve as the key liaison between the clinic and external medical professionals, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The PRO oversees the referral program, handling patient handoffs and managing incentive payouts for partnering doctors once treatments are completed. Additionally, they identify new partnership opportunities to expand the clinic's network, work closely with the clinic staff to ensure quality care for referred patients, and monitor healthcare trends to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor, Clinic, and Hospital Tie-ups: Initiate, build, and manage partnerships with local doctors, clinics, and hospitals to refer patients to our Ayurveda clinic.

B2B Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for external medical partners, maintaining strong, ongoing professional relationships.

Referral Program Management: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to refer patients to our clinic, ensuring a smooth handoff from the partner to our clinic.

Referral Incentive Handling: Once the patient completes their treatment at our clinic, manage the payout of referral incentives to the partnering doctors, clinics, or hospitals.

Patient Referrals: Ensure timely communication with partners and patients for seamless referrals and follow-up procedures.

Business Expansion: Identify and approach potential partners to grow the clinic's network and patient base.

Coordination with Clinic Team: Work closely with the clinic's medical staff to ensure referred patients receive timely and quality treatment.

Market Analysis: Keep track of healthcare trends, identify opportunities for collaboration, and work towards increasing patient inflow through successful tie-ups.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or related fields.

Experience in business development, marketing, or healthcare is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Knowledge of Ayurveda and healthcare services is a plus.
